Nicole & Stanley’s Wedding at the Bedford Village Inn

Nicole and Stanley’s wedding at the Bedford Village Inn in New Hampshire was one of those unexpected joys I’ll never forget. I took on this wedding last minute, and I’m so glad I did—it was my very first time photographing at this venue, and it truly took my breath away. Nestled in Bedford New Hampshire, the Bedford Village Inn is such a quaint and romantic spot, complete with charming gardens and a fountain that provided the perfect backdrop for portraits and their heartfelt ceremony.

The couple’s wedding design was nothing short of dreamy. Their color scheme featured shades of dusty blue paired with vibrant, colorful florals—two trends I’ve been seeing everywhere this year. Nicole wore the sweetest pair of blue shoes that tied in perfectly with her bridesmaids’ dusty blue dresses. The reception space glowed with fresh white linens, accented by dusty blue napkins and bold floral arrangements that absolutely popped.

Before the ceremony, Nicole and Stanley chose to share a first look and private vows by the garden fountain. It was such a sweet and intimate moment, full of laughter and tears, and you could feel the deep love these two share.

The ceremony took place outdoors on the back lawn, surrounded by lush greenery and wildflowers. One particularly touching detail was a memorial chair for Stanley’s late mother, a beautiful way to honor her presence and ensure she was part of the day.

After vows were exchanged, we captured plenty of family and wedding party portraits before letting the new Mr. & Mrs. Clements enjoy a bit of cocktail hour. Guests sipped on colorful drinks, sampled fun appetizers, and even had the option of a cigar bar—a unique touch that was a big hit!

The celebration continued indoors, where Nicole and Stanley shared their first dance as husband and wife. Nicole also shared a heartfelt dance with her father to a Portuguese song that had everyone smiling. Speeches followed, including a moving toast from the best man that left the room in tears. After dinner and cake cutting, the couple gathered everyone together for a giant group photo before officially opening the dance floor.

And what a party it was! From the very first song, the dance floor stayed full, buzzing with energy and love. This group knew how to celebrate, and it was such an honor to be part of the day.

Nicole and Stanley, thank you for trusting me to capture such an important chapter in your love story. Wishing you both endless joy and many beautiful years together.
